Returns Policy

Barbeques Galore will accept product returns and provide you with refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description
  • You can present your Barbeques Galore receipt or other adequate proof of purchase

Please note in the case of BBQs and motorised products, Barbeques Galore may elect to send an authorised service agent to determine the nature of the problem prior to authorising any return.

If the product is determined to be faulty and cannot be repaired on site, not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose or not matching a description or sample, Barbeques Galore will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

No refund will be given on free items or bonus items.


Shipping

Delivery options are subject to availability, your geographical location and the products ordered being in stock.

  • Delivery lead time is based on destination and size of purchase.
  • For medium to large sized products, deliveries are made during business hours 8.30am to 5.00pm (local time) Monday to Friday.
  • For larger products, please ensure there is appropriate access for the products being delivered. This includes ensuring doorways, hallways and paths are wide enough and unblocked. If the delivery is to a multi-storey property with stairs, please advise the store when organising delivery.

Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order, and your delivery address. Please check estimated shipping cost by entering your postcode under the ‘Delivery to my address’ option on the Shopping Cart page. When buying multiple items, the final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. You will have the opportunity (based on your entered postcode) to view the delivery charges for your order before making payment. Barbeques Galore online store reserves the right to alter delivery fees without notice.

In most instances, your delivery fee will not change after you have submitted your purchase and have received confirmation. In some rural / remote locations additional charges may be incurred – in this instance Barbeques Galore will always communicate with you prior to making any arrangements.
